Our business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Testing services performed during off hours (night, weekends or holidays) are subject to overtime charges to be determined at the time of the quotation.
Payment Terms
Typical payment terms are net 15 days. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, American Express, VISA, and MasterCard credit cards. Payment in advance is required for testing of product claims made by new Lab/Cor Materials clients.
Confidentiality
Strict confidentiality is maintained between Lab/Cor Materials and its clients. Confidentiality agreements, therefore, are signed willingly. In any instance where information is subpoenaed by and must be released to a regulatory or legal body, the client is promptly notified. Likewise, the client agrees to respect all such relationships of trust. The client agrees it will not use Lab/Cor Materials' name and/or data in any manner, which might cause harm to the company's reputation and/or business. Under no circumstances is the name Lab/Cor Materials to be published either alone or in association with that of any other party, without prior written approval from Lab/Cor Material management. Furthermore, Reports of Analysis issued by Lab/Cor Materials may not be reproduced unless in full without prior written approval from Lab/Cor Materials management.
Billing
All fees are charged or billed directly to the client. The billing of a third party will not be accepted without a statement, signed by the third party, which acknowledges and accepts payment responsibility.
Turnaround Time
A turnaround time of three to five business days is available on routine procedures. Turnaround times will be determined at the time of the quotation for cases involving rush orders or extensive analysis.
Warranty and Limits of Liability
The total liability of Lab/Cor Materials, its officers, employees, agents, or sub-contractors for any loss or damage due to Lab/Cor Materials’ performance, whether by way of negligence, or breech of contract, or otherwise shall not exceed the amount paid or payable by client for the work leading to the claim. We warranty the accuracy of test results for the sample as submitted. The foregoing expressed warranty is exclusive and is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. We disclaim any other warranties, expressed or implied, including a Warranty of Fitness for Particular Purpose and Warranty of Merchantability.
Report of Analysis
Reports of Analysis are typically issued by E-mail as PDF files. Reports can be made available in other formats at the request of the client. Reports of Analysis may not be reproduced, except in full, without prior written approval from Lab/Cor Materials management. After analytical results have been reported to our clients, we shall retain copies of Reports of Analysis for a period of up to 7 years, after which they will be destroyed. No additional charges apply to client requests for additional copies during the retention period.
Sample Retention
Samples are retained for two months from report issue date, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Requests for return of samples must be made when the sample is submitted to the laboratory. Clients requesting return of samples are responsible for all associated shipping charges.
Contracts
All contracts are subject to review and approval by Lab/Cor Materials management, and must be signed by the company president.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Containers and Sample Pick-up
We do not offer sample pick-up as part of analysis service packages. However, arrangements can be made if it is absolutely required. Sample containers, labels, sampling instructions and shipping information will be provided only at the clients request.
